PISA is the largest
professional investigative and security association
in Virginia.
How PISA Began....
In 1984, a group of private investigators and
security officers met at the home of Evelyn and
Bill Smith, leading forces in the security industry
for a number of years, as well as founders of the
Central Security Agency, and Central Training Academy.
Their goal was to create a viable
voice within the industry. By the end of the evening,
the foundation was laid and the Professional Investigators
and Security Association was born.
